150gsm gloss paper is our most popular stock for flyers. This is the most common paper so it has the fastest turnaround and is most cost effective.

170gsm matt paper provides a modern smooth finish.

250gsm matt or gloss is a heavier stock for a quality feel.

Bond paper is easily recyclable and a heavier than your standard photocopy paper in 100gsm, 150gsm, 250gsm. Standard photocopy paper is 70/80gsm.

100% Recycled Silk paper available in 150gsm, 250gsm.

100% Recycled Uncoated paper available in 100gsm, 140gsm, 250gsm for a natural feel.

Any stock heavier than 250gsm can also be laminated.

Flyers can be trimmed to any custom size but these are the most standard formats:

A6 – 105x148mm – POSTCARD SIZE
DL – 99x210mm or 1/3 of an A4 page
A5 – 148x210mm or half of an A4 page
A4 – 210×297 standard 
A4 folded to DL 
A4 folded in half
A3 folded in half

We provide full graphic design service, which is very cost effective, and not just for printing, but for digital formats as well. We only need the basics about what you want to include, such as text, photos, and logo, and we will create a custom design in the right style for your business. If we are starting from scratch to create this it will usually cost around $50-$100 for artwork which you will then own and can use for e-marketing. If you have your artwork but need it converted from a Canva file or update some details on the artwork we generally won’t charge for this service.

Yes but it will need some work.

Canva is a great tool to enable novices to create artwork for their flyers or any printing and marketing. However, it is not always to the standard we need to create your professionally printed flyers.

If you are sending your Canva artwork to print, make sure you download it as follows:

• File Type: Select PDF Print for high-resolution (better than PDF Standard).
• Color Profile: Select CMYK for professional printing, as it ensures color accuracy, whereas RGB is for screen viewing.
• Crop Marks and Bleed: Enable this option to ensure your design extends to the edge of the paper and allows for accurate cutting.
• Flatten PDF: Enable this to merge layers into a single layer, preventing issues with transparency or fonts.

A ‘bleed’ on artwork is where it extends beyond the edge of the paper so if it moves while it is being trimmed you won’t have a thin white line where it should be coloured. All print artwork should have a minimum of 2mm bleed so if you are creating in Canva make sure you extend the images and colours outside of the artwork boundaries.
